SUNSET BY THE TREE
Located on a farm outside the village of Flaxton, 15 minutes from York and Malton. Our bell tents are situated in peaceful rural North Yorkshire.
Our tents are surrounded by wildlife with deer, partridge and barn owls regularly visiting and we take delivery of our very special swiss valais cross jacob lambs soon.
They are fully off grid, however you will have power bank in your tent to charge your mobile should you wish.
We have an amenity block providing, ladies and gents toilets, showers and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and under counter fridge with freezer compartment for guests to use.
We have an infrared sauna coming in early August. (Costs apply).

This lovely 5 metre bell tent provides more than enough space for a couple or two friends sharing. The bed can be configured as a king or two single beds. Powerbank provided to charge your phones.
Each tent has a log burner, integrated kettle, high quality bedding and bedlinen, bedside tables, lots of lighting for a romantic/ relaxing stay. Touch side lamps, chandelier and fairy lights. Fire pit.
Showers and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment – but no oven/ hob. (Use of infrared sauna at an additional cost from August).
Bring your own towels and cooking equipment. Parking is on nearby hard standing as we keep cars away from tents for guest safety and enjoyment.
Guest access
Please call the hosts when you arrive and they will show you to your tent. Thank you.
Other things to note
A log burner is provided however guests are not permitted to cook inside the tent for their own safety.
Each tent has it’s own firepit and there is a communal BBQ. Firepits must be kept a minimum of 15 feet away from tents at all times as regulated by law.

Before you leave please leave tent clean and tidy. All guest belongings and rubbish to be removed from the bell tents.

- All footwear to be left on mat under awning, outside tent.
- Guests not to cook inside tent. Please do not place anything on top of/ adjacent to the log burner when hot as it may cause a fire. Please be careful where surfaces are hot.
- Fire pit to be kept a minimum of 15 feet away from tent – this is a legal requirement.
- Dog to be kept on lead at all times and all poo to be picked up, bagged, sealed and placed in large bin near toilet block.
